Toolkit For Survey Deployment

A toolkit is an action-oriented source of information and resources, or tools, that guide users to develop a plan or organize steps for an activity, such as a survey.This toolkit was co-created in an effort to identify community needs in an easy and accessible way for community leaders, public health official and other interested stakeholders.
